CONTRACT AND OPERATION PLANNING
 
As each client has their own special requirements it is essential that each contract have its own contract and operation plan. This is planned and achieved between Cityfield Security Services Ltd and client managers. This ensures that a fully efficient Parking Solutions is implemented from day 1.
 
CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS
 
As a result of the contract and operation plan contractual obligations are drafted for client approval. These outline all aspects of the service we aim to provide both on and off site including general standards of conduct and service in which all of our staff must adhere to. These obligations will be reviewed constantly to incorporate any additional requirements that may be specified by the client. 
 
SERVICE SPECIFICATION

This high standard of service is achieved by ensuring that a client's specific requirements and the parking needs of premises are adhered to. 
 
MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION
 
The first point of contact for all of our clients will be one of our experienced Security Operation Managers. They will be personally responsible to ensure that the contractual obligations are being upheld along with the general standards of conduct.
 
24-HOUR CONTROL ROOM
 
To ensure that security officers patrol our site’s regularly "check calls" will be made by our verification officers who man a 24-hour call room.
 
PERFORMANCE MONITORING
 
Our Security Officers are assessed on a continual basis to ensure that they consistently perform to our high standards.
