Whichever service you choose, we will take care of your car parking managements, giving you the flexibility to concentrate on your own business demands.
In addition we can supply your business premises with parking permits for permanent staff, temporary staff and visitors as well as any other contractors. Permits will be issued to you free of charge made to your requirements. We will then include your premises as part of an existing patrol route in order to cover various sites efficiently and proactively. If for any reason our patrol team has not picked up an offending vehicle on your site whilst there, you are more than welcome to contact our control room to inform us of the vehicle with the registration number that will be directed to our mobile "Clampers".
The whole process of immobilising an offending vehicle and the release of it will not be connected to yourselves. This will therefore cut out any contact between you and the offender who will likely want to cause trouble of some kind. All necessary information will be placed on the offending vehicle's windscreen stating why they have been immobilised as well as how much to pay and who to call in order for it to be removed. Once the call is made to our control room, it will be logged in and our operative will be contacted to arrange for the release of the clamp.
All vehicles that are clamped are photographed using digital cameras as this prevents disputes and avoids claims being made against us.
Wheel clamped release fee is £120.00, Tow away fee is £140 and daily storage fee is £35 and the release time is within 2 hours
Delays for the release of an offender will be kept to a minimal to minimise further inconvenience depending on current traffic conditions. The clamp will only be removed once payment is made by cash of credit/debit card. Should the offender not pay the release fee the vehicle may be towed away depending on the situation at hand, we will also take into account any actions that you may wish to implement.
All packages can be tailor made and all 'Wheel Clamping Operations' will be FREE OF CHARGE. No costs are incurred by the client, only to the offender. Costs will only apply should you wish to hire an on site 'Gate Operator' controlling access and egress to your premises, or 'Static/Patrolling Officer' which can be further discussed in detail.
